Warranty Duration

All electrical products purchased from our website are covered by a 2-year warranty, starting from the date of delivery.

If you have purchased a 1-year extended warranty, your total coverage period will extend to 3 years.


What the Warranty Covers

If any electrical component of a product fails due to a manufacturing or material defect during the warranty period, we will provide a free replacement unit.


Exclusions from Warranty

Please note that this warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Physical damage due to drops, impacts, misuse, or accidents

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use

  • Malfunctions resulting from incorrect installation, improper handling, or insufficient maintenance

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications


How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at info@topstockstorum.com.

You will receive an automated confirmation — please reply to that message with a short video clearly showing the problem, such as the product failing to power on, charge, or operate correctly.

If video evidence is unavailable or inconclusive, we may request that you return the product to our warehouse for inspection.

⚠️ Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) returns under any circumstances.


Conditions for Processing Claims

Warranty claims will only be accepted if all required conditions and documentation are met.
We aim to handle every request fairly, transparently, and efficiently, ensuring that each customer receives the appropriate support and resolution.
